The Illinois Horse Network has been published by Connie Owens for the last 20 years. Founded in 1990, the paper has reached all parts of Illinois, even branching out to various parts of the Midwest. Since Connie’s retirement at the end of 2010, the Illinois Horse Network has been run by her two granddaughters, Nicole and Shanda Owens. Together under the advisement of their grandmother they hope to keep the Illinois public informed on all equine news. |
